Professional Statement
After graduating from Wesleyan University, Dr. Apgar received his medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 1996. Dr. Apgar completed his residency training at Hershey Medical Center/Penn State University in 2000. He is a board-certified fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Apgar’s professional interests include high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery, diseases of the cervix, laser cosmetic surgery, and computers in medicine. He is very happily married to Dr. Jacqueline Apgar.
