Areas of Care:
- Gastroenterology
Dr. McDaniel chose gastroenterology after having a great mentor spark his interest in the material. He has slowly found more and more enjoyment in the field because of the balance of forming relationships with patients and seeing their progress, along with the balance of getting to work with his hands and performing procedures routinely.
Dr. McDaniel enjoys all aspects of Gastroenterology, though, during his training, he had specific interests in hepatology, Barrett’s esophagus, Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and liver disease.
