- Gynecology
Danielle Seltzer, MD, is a member of Summit Health’s Obstetric and Gynecology team. As an OBGYN, Dr. Seltzer focuses include preconception counseling, contraception and family planning, menstrual disorders, abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, basic infertility, prenatal and postnatal care, and menopause.
Dr. Seltzer strives to develop a strong rapport with each of her patients from the first visit. She trusts her ability to listen and embrace each concern, tailoring health care plans on an individual basis while applying evidence-based guidelines to her practice. Dr. Seltzer believes the most important aspect during a visit is for patients to feel comfortable enough to ask any questions and feel heard.
“It is important to be physically and emotionally present throughout our patients’ journey,” said Dr. Seltzer. “We are in a field where we care for women of all ages and backgrounds through exciting times and more sensitive moments, all while allowing us to develop long-lasting patient-physician relationships.”
She is a recipient of the Excellent and Outstanding Performance in Minimal Invasive Surgery, the Outstanding Resident in Gynecologic Oncology, and Chief Resident of the Year during her residency at Rutgers Health/Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.
