Dr. David Drewitz was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wis. Upon graduation, Dr. Drewitz joined Dr. Kenny and Dr. L. Shapiro to begin a successful private practice in Gastroenterology. Dr. Drewitz’s career trajectory was steep as he juggled a growing GI practice with teaching residents and medical students, clinical research and responsibilities as Chairman of Internal Medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital from 1999 – 2003. He is highly respected by his peers and patients and has been voted “Top Doctor” in Phoenix Magazine several times.
