Dr. Frankel specializes in wrist fractures, arthroscopic surgery and carpal tunnel syndrome. He earned his medical degree at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He then completed his residency at Duke University Medical Center, followed by a residency at the Hand Center of San Antonio.
