Dr. Frank J. Fischer, III has been studying medicine for more than 15 years. He graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He obtained his Ophthalmology degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, La., where he also completed his internship in transitional medicine. Dr. Fischer finished a two-month internship with LASIK in Panama City, Panama.
When Dr. Fischer is not restoring vision, he loves to play golf and tennis. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association Florida Society of Ophthalmology and Polk County Medical Association.
