Dr. Apgar completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California at Santa Barbara. She received her medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency at Baystate Medical Center / Tufts University. Dr. Apgar is a member of the American Medical Association. She is married.
