Dr. Prabhakar Rumalla graduated from Osmania University, Kakatiya Medical College in Warangal, India, in 1968. He completed a Residency at Brooklyn Cumberland Medical Center in 1974. He completed Gastroenterology Fellowships at Brooklyn Cumberland Medical Center in 1977 and Brookdale Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., in 1978. He was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1977 and the American Board of Gastroenterology in 1983.
