Richard Reed

Richard J. Reed, D.D.S. is a dedicated general dentist who has served the Joplin, Missouri, community for more than four decades. Practicing in the same location since 1977, Dr. Reed is committed to providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a special focus on underprivileged children in the area. He has long utilized hospital operating rooms to compassionately and safely treat young patients with extensive dental needs, particularly those from low-income families. His work reflects a strong belief in service, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Dr. Reed is an active member of both local and national dental associations and has held staff privileges at St. John’s Hospital for over 30 years. A committed member of his faith and community, he has also served in leadership roles within the local Catholic school system.
