With the help of his clinical staff, he can perform a range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures at Westfield Plastic Surgery, a Medicare-accredited AAAASF facility that is directly adjacent to his office. For larger procedures or those requiring either intravenous sedation or general anesthesia, Dr. Richard Tepper is a member of The Short Hills Surgery Center, in Millburn NJ, where he was the division chief for Plastic Surgery and a member of the Executive Committee.
